Cardio Strategies Decoded

Understand various aspects of cardiovascular exercises, including types, intensity, scheduling, and benefits. This knowledge will enable you to design effective cardio programs.

Fitness Assessment

Learn how to conduct and interpret fitness tests accurately. Understand the sequence and impact of these tests on program design.

Crafting Effective Programs

Become a master programmer by understanding the nuances of program design. Consider factors such as exercise selection, intensity, progression, and rest.

Lifesaving Skills

Acquire essential emergency life-saving techniques, including CPR and AED, through the Trauma Response session. This will instill confidence in your ability to respond effectively during emergencies.
