Weightlifting Certification: Clean & Jerk

In this certification, we provide comprehensive training on the correct techniques and form required to perform the clean and jerk, one of the two Olympic weightlifting movements. The clean and jerk is a highly technical, explosive lift that demands strength, speed, mobility, and precision. Our experienced instructors will guide you through every phase of the lift, ensuring you develop safe and effective lifting techniques.

Throughout the certification, you will learn to execute the clean and jerk with proper mechanics, from the setup and first pull to the receiving position and recovery of the clean, and then through the dip, drive, overhead receiving position and recovery of the jerk. Emphasis is placed on core strength, stability, mobility, and functional movement patterns essential for mastering this lift.

This certification course equips you with the knowledge and practical skills to coach or perform the clean and jerk confidently. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast aiming to improve your lifting technique or a certified trainer looking to expand your skill set, this course is designed to meet your needs.

Clean and jerk training has gained recognition in strength and conditioning programmes, CrossFit boxes, and specialised lifting gyms worldwide. As one of the most demanding and rewarding lifts, it holds immense value for fitness professionals and serious trainees alike.
