Phenomenal place to learn and gain knowledge about fitness and exercise science. The school is built on providing you with scientific insights of working out. The staff is well coordinated and always there to help you. The theory lecturers, as well as master trainers for practicals, are exceptionally knowledgeable. The syllabus is constantly updated in accordance with research standards.
Special thanks to Saurabh Sharma sir and Forum Patel mam for teaching in depth about fitness, strengthening my confidence as well as caliber and guiding me for my career in fitness industry.
