What is CPD?

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) builds on the fundamentals of a member’s existing REPS India accredited qualification which has enabled them to join the register.

Endorsed CPD is a great way for health and fitness professionals to develop their career. All endorsed training has been robustly quality assured to ensure a great learner experience, that is safe and effective. By undertaking endorsed CPD, it also demonstrates to others that you are continuing to learn and develop throughout your career, keeping your skills and knowledge up to date and ensuring you are able to work safely and effectively. The workshop listed is endorsed and quality assured by PD:Approval.

Why do you need Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Points?

First and foremost, you need CPD points to continually enhance your knowledge and develop yourself as a fitness professional, because as a fitness professional, your learning must never stop.
Second, you need CPD points to maintain your membership with the Register for Exercise Professionals, India Foundation (REPS India).

Continual learning via attending approved workshops/seminars/short-courses that offer the CPD points is the requirement for renewal of the REPS India membership along with valid CPR & AED Certification and the membership fees.

You need a minimum of 10 CPD points every year in order for your REPS credentials to be valid.

These CPD points will ensure that you continue to develop as a professional and explore fitness in its myriad ways. Therefore, it is of utmost importance
not just from a revalidation perspective but also from the perspective of gaining valuable knowledge on your journey to becoming a successful fitness professional.
